If it is split tender just select the appropriate payment methods above and enter the total for each payment method in the corresponding box below. Ignore if otherwise.

NEW MESSAGE HELP GUIDE

With the New Message button, You can send a message to the customer, driver or dispatcher.

When To Use

Use the New message option when there is a message to send to Dispatch, Driver, or Customer that can not be handled with any of the other options. 

Step-by-step guide to use the New Message button

To send a new message to the customer, driver, or dispatch
1. Click the New Message Button 
2. Enter the Order Num (GNGE or POS?) 
3. Select to whom you want to send the message? Customer, Driver, or Dispatch 
4. Type in the message 
5. Hit Send Message button and you are done.

When To Use

Use this form to request support if there are any issues with, customer service, your order console, or any other products and services that we help your outlet with. Such as your website, phone, or social media.

Step-by-step guide to use the New Support Request button

If you want to add a feature that is not already implemented, click the New(support request) button 
1. Add a ticket title e.g.Menu button not working or Notification bar not showing confirmation of our messages.
2. Elaborate on the issue in the issue description box
3. Select the category of the issue from the dropdown
4. Provide us with any additional details that will help us better understand your need
5. Write to us about how you think it should work
6. Add a priority to your issue. You can choose from the list provided Finally you are all set to submit a request for a new feature/update/issue/bug., hit submit and we will get back to you shortly"

MANUAL REQUEST HELP GUIDE

This button will help you  to Create a new request for an order in few simple steps

When To Use

"Use the Manual request form if your -POS System is down or unavailable -If you do not have an integration setup to automatically create delivery requests -There is a delivery request that will not be rang in through your POS system."

Step-by-step guide to use the Manual Request button

To create an order through the app: 
1. Click the manual request button 
2. Enter the Order ID POS 
3. Enter the customer's name 
4. Enter the customer's last name 
5. Enter the customer's phone number 
6. In case the number you are providing is not a mobile phone, please check to mark the checkbox 
7. Select the payment method, in case of split payment you can choose multiple payment methods accordingly. 
8. Select the PICKUP Time of the order 
9. Select the address type from the available drop-down. If the customer always has large bills, you can check to mark the customer has a large bill box, to communicate with the driver. 
10. Checkmark the box of collect coupon, in case there is a coupon that should be collected from the customer 
11. In case the customer has requested no-contact delivery, you can checkmark the no-contact delivery box to inform the driver about the request. 
12. Add any special instructions to the order e.g. leave at the door 
13. If you have a GNGE order ID, enter it in the field of GNGE ID 
14. Finally before you submit, enter the name who submitted the order 
15. You are good to submit the order now. 
Nb: Don't forget to Upload a Photo(a printout of the order)

REQUEST RERUN HELP GUIDE

This button helps you Request a rerun for an order easily

When To Use

Use the New message option when there is a message to send to Dispatch, Driver, or Customer that can not be handeled with any of the other options. 

Step-by-step guide to use the Request a Rerun button

If due to any reason(s), you want to request a rerun of an order: 
1. Click the Request Rerun Button 
2. Enter the POS Order ID 
3. Type in the reason for a rerun 
4. Enter the GNGE Order Number in the field of GNGE Confirmation 
5. Enter the name of the order submitter/cashier from the outlet 
6. Review the information entered and press submit 
7. In case you want to update all the information, click reset and it will clear the fields for you to update all details.

CANCEL HELP GUIDE

This button help you Cancel a processed order

When to Use

Use this option to cancel an online order or a Delivery request.

Step-by-step guide to use the Cancel button

In case you want to cancel an already requested order, click cancel order button: 
1. Enter the original order num(POS or GNGE order) 
2. Enter the reason for cancelation 
3. Select the mode of order placement i.e. how the order was placed? 
5. Finally hit submit

UPDATE HELP GUIDE

The Update button helps you Make any updates pertaining to an order after it has been submitted here. Update delivery time, order type, location, payment, or special instructions here

Step-by-step guide to use the Update button

1. To update an order enter your POS order number 
2. If you want to change the order to pick up, click the box change to the pickup 
3. In case of payment update, check the payment update box, select the new payment method 
4. In case of a location update, check the update and enter the updated location 
5. Similarly if you want to update the contact information, please check the update contact box and enter the updated information 
6. You can also update the special instructions for any order by checking the special instructions box and entering the new instructions 
7. Once you are done making the updates, just click submit so that your changes can be communicated to the concerned entities

CONFIRM DELIVERY REQUEST HELP GUIDE

Confirm the deilvery request for your order

When To Use

If your POS system does not support our automatic order confirmation process. Then you may need need to complete this form every time a new order is sent directly from your POS system for a delivery request. Confirming the order finalizes any information that was not provided via your POS system with the initial portion that was submitted and confirms that the order is in fact a delivery request. Make include any extraneous info about an order during confirmation, including if the order's address details or pick-up time are not as they may seem. To do so use the given options and this info and do not use the special instructions box.

Step-by-step guide to use the Confirm Delivery Request button

To confirm and send  a delivery request to GNGE:
1. Enter your order num
2. Enter the GNGE order num(if available)
3. Select how the order was placed.
3(a): Phone Order
   i. check to mark the box as per the need i.e. 
       If a customer has large bills, check the box. 
       If you want the driver to pick anything from the customer e.g. check to mark the relevant box. 
       You can add any additional notes by clicking add a note check mark
ii. Choose if the order has a tip or not. In the case of a tip, enter the amount of the tip.
3(b): 3rd party order
     In case of 3rd party order, choose the correct service name 
     Then add the customer name and tip amount
You are all set to submit a delivery request for the order
