To create an order through the app:
1. Click the manual request button
2. Enter the Order ID POS
3. Enter the customer's name
4. Enter the customer's last name
5. Enter the customer's phone number
6. In case the number you are providing is not a mobile phone, please check to mark the checkbox
7. Select the payment method, in case of split payment you can choose multiple payment methods accordingly.
8. Select the PICKUP Time of the order
9. Select the address type from the available drop-down. If the customer always has large bills, you can check to mark the customer has a large bill box, to communicate with the driver.
10. Checkmark the box of collect coupon, in case there is a coupon that should be collected from the customer
11. In case the customer has requested no-contact delivery, you can checkmark the no-contact delivery box to inform the driver about the request.
12. Add any special instructions to the order e.g. leave at the door
13. If you have a GNGE order ID, enter it in the field of GNGE ID
14. Finally before you submit, enter the name who submitted the order
15. You are good to submit the order now.
Nb: Don't forget to Upload a Photo(a printout of the order)
